By Road from Direction of London

Pin Mill is approximately 60 minutes from the A12 junction on the M25

Unless you are coming from close to the start of the A12 it is generally quicker to join the M25 and then join the A12 as they cross.

 

From North London

Head for the North Circular then join the M11 and then the M25 Clockwise

 

From West, Central, South London

If it isn’t quicker to head directly to the M25 from your location, join the A13 via the Limehouse link after following signs for Canary Warf.

 

 

Once on the A12 take it all the way until it ends at the roundabout where it meets the A14.

Take the A14 towards Felixtowe.

Come off the A14 at the first junction signposted Ipswich Central

At the top of the slip road turn left and go down the hill passing the ski slope on the right.

At the bottom of the hill turn right at the roundabout signposted Shotley

Follow this road under the Orwell Bridge , through Woolverstone until Chelmondiston

If going to Woolverstone Marina look out for the sign post to Marina on the left in Woolvestone.

 

In Chelmondiston turn left immediately after the Forresters Arms and descend Pin Mill Lane to the River.

At the Butt and Oyster look our for the Classic Sailing Club signposts.

 

By Train

Pin Mill is a fifteen minute taxi ride from Ipswich Station which is roughly 60-70 minutes from Liverpool St Station.
